1) Boil
2) Weight
3) Fine Grind
4) Add Coffee
5) Blooming Coffee

Add 25 grams of water. Your water ought to be about 95 degrees Celsius. After blooming for 30 seconds. Add the rest of your water until you reach the desired beverage weight. Completely saturate the grounds as you pour.

6) Let it Brew

3 minutes into the brew, stir the brew to ensure complete brewing. Place the filter lid on top without plunging.

7) Plunge

After 4 minutes, press the plunger down slowly and carefully. Pressing too quickly or forcefully may lead to hot coffee spurting.

8) Decant

Once the plunger filter pushes the grounds to the bottom, immediately decant the brew into a thermal carafe for serving or serve in your cup.
